Walk or drive through the sand dunes of Northam Burrows Country Park to reach the beach from this property, which has an upside down design to maximise its views out across the countryside and towards the coast. The fishing village of Appledore is 2 miles away, where you can potter in shops and galleries, and in the high season catch the ferry over to Instow, where there is another, smaller, estuary beach and sand dunes. Let yourselves into the property at the ground floor level; here you will find a king size with an en suite shower room and WC and a twin room. Both bedrooms have TVs and there is also a family bathroom downstairs. Make your way upstairs to the first floor to emerge into the spacious, airy lounge/kitchen/diner, with glass doors opening on to a balcony, which looks out towards the sea. Sit outside on warm evenings or inside when it is cooler, perhaps in front of the Smart TV. The modern kitchen area in this space is well equipped with everything you require to help you prepare tasty meals.
