While most guests enjoyed their stay, a few noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance that were promptly addressed.

Most guests found the property clean and tidy, though there were instances of cleanliness concerns, including a report of it being 'extremely dirty' upon arrival. These seem to be isolated incidents rather than the norm.

The location is consistently lauded for its proximity to local amenities, the town, the beach, and its quiet setting, making it an ideal base for exploring Weymouth.

Guests have praised the comfortable beds and the overall homeliness of the property. However, some feedback mentioned issues with light in the bedrooms and a strong animal smell in the living area.

The property is well-equipped with kitchenware and entertainment options. Maintenance issues such as stiff locks and a need for bathroom updates were noted, but these did not significantly detract from the overall experience.

The provision of games, DVDs, and extensive information packs was appreciated by guests, indicating a thoughtful approach by the owners. No specific mentions of gifts were made, so this aspect cannot be guaranteed.

It was clean but a strong smell of animal in the living room on the sofa, carpet and rug - 2 members of the party are allergic to animals so smell it more we just opened the windows daily to let the air in. It did not affect our holiday. Convenient location and good it has 2 parking spaces as parking is limited in the road.

The property is very well equipped and the beds are super comfortable which is great after all of the long walks and delicious dinners! Location is fabulous, a 10 minute stroll and you’re on the beach front where you can chill or catch a bus to Portland to explore. Plenty of lovely places to eat. Nothe Fort is just over the harbour and it’s like you’re in a different place….. lovely and quiet and the friendliest squirrels
