Biddulph Moor is a lovely village situated in Staffordshire. The village offers a convenience store for all of your essentials, as well as a local pub, The Rose & Crown, and the close by Biddulph offers more options, as well as walks at National Trust - Biddulph Grange Garden and Greenway Bank Country Park. From here you can visit Mow Cop Castle, and other attractions include Kingsley Bird & Falconry Centre, Peak Wildlife Park, and action-packed days out at Alton Towers. The village rests close to the beautiful Peak District National Park, an ideal location for hiking, climbing, mountain biking, and birdwatching. The views of the lake are incredible, even on rainy days. And on those rainy days there was nothing nicer than lighting the log burner and settling down with a good book. The house itself is gorgeous, finished to a high standard, with some lovely touches (thanks for the fizz). The hot tub was a fantastic bonus. I wish we'd booked for longer, just what was needed to recharge the batteries.
