  We were able to drive right to the front door following the information supplied by the owner.

  We were very pleasantly surprised by the size of the accommodation, it being very spacious and immaculately clean. It was nice to find the furniture and fittings were very high quality. The beds were SO comfy with thick duvets and crisp, clean bedding. There was ample space for our clothes and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the coloured cutlery handles. It's sometimes just simple things that makes a difference. Although there was a dishwasher we just washed up by hand. We were supplied with fresh towels for the bathroom and kitchen, including dish towels, dish washing clothes and a pan scrubbing sponge. We read through welcome folder and learnt what items were recycled and which bin or box to put them in. We made sure everything was disposed of flattened and washed. Although the weather was a bit cold and wet it didn't spoil our plans. We worked out how to put the heating on low a couple of evenings and the bathroom radiator but we couldn't work out how to turn it off again. I was concerned about the amount of electricity it was using. It was also great to be able to park our car up the driveway as the road was quite busy at rush hour. We really enjoyed our holiday and loved our accommodation, thank you for making it a pleasant space to relax in.

  We really enjoyed our stay at North Bay which we thought was a very smart and comfortable property. It was spotlessly clean and the very friendly owners met us on arrival to give us a quick tour and ensure that we were happy with everything. The main bedroom was particularly good, very spacious and probably the most comfortable bed we have ever had in a holiday let, the second bedroom was much smaller if 4 people were staying. There was some road noise being located just off the main road, but this did not prevent us getting a good night's sleep. The bungalow is in a great location for exploring this part of North Wales. There are great public transport services here if you want to leave the car behind, and with a bus stop 150m away you can easily walk into Rhos or along the coastal promenade and catch a bus back ( buses every 12 minutes!). Llandudno is only a few miles away with trains to take you further afield. Bodnant Gardens about 8 miles away are well worth a visit. Will definitely consider returning.

  We stayed here with our new rescue dog who settled right in, to our amazement. The garden is a bit small for a large dog and still some work to be done but loved the deck and the privacy screens. The bungalow itself is lovely with quality oak furniture and extremely comfortable sofas and beds. Loved the wet room and seperate wc, and also the low level lights that come on in the dark.The owners have put so much thought into what they provide, going way above what most owners supply (everything we could possibly need). It's great that the owners showed us round on arrival. As a light sleeper i brought earplugs because of the road but i didn't need them as it wasn't busy overnight and the 20 mph speed limit outside is a bonus especially when pulling off the drive. I would definitely recommend staying there as we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. We also had a lovely chat with the neighbour next door.

  Everything you need for a perfect holiday accommodation, spotlessly clean rooms could not falter. Host and hostess went out of there way to make us comfortable, even going out of there way to purchase a shower seat, as I have a disability that affects my balance. Everything on one level, no stairs or steps that I could not manage on my own. Host and hostess were welcoming but not over whelming, gave us a guided tour of the bungalow before leaving us to enjoy our holiday. So to sum up: First Class all the way, from the beginning of holiday to the end.

  We had a fantastic week here. The bungalow is superb, well equipped, comfortable and in a fantastic location. We were greeted by Neil and Janet, who were lovely and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. This stunning property is a real home from home, we really didn't want to leave. The wet room was a real bonus too. We would heartily recommend a stay here and hope to return soon.
