Buncrana 1.8 miles. 12 Hillview is a contemporary, detached house with sea views in Ludden near Buncrana, County Donegal. With spacious living areas and four bedrooms sleeping up to eight guests, this pet-friendly holiday home is a great base for families and friends, complete with an enclosed garden with barbecue, off-road parking, and easy access to the beach, golf courses, and historic attractions. Be welcomed into the open-plan living space where you can cook in comfort in the well-equipped kitchen, dine at the table for eight, and relax in the sitting area fitted with an open fire and Smart TV. A separate sitting room has a large bay window framing Lough Swilly, plus more cushioned seats, a Smart TV, and another open fire. Completing the ground floor is a utility and cloakroom, whilst upstairs you'll find the family bathroom and four bedrooms. Two doubles have en-suite shower rooms, along with two twin bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to suit a range of groups. On summer days, dine outside in your private garden with a rustic barbecue area, outdoor seating, and surrounding trees making for a secluded spot. You'll find The Harbour Inn for dining out and Buncrana Beach just down the road, as well as North West Golf Club for sea views while you play, and Buncrana is a short journey away. Buncrana Pier is a popular fishing spot and a ferry will take you across the Lough to Rathmullan. Heading further north, you'll find plenty of fascinating sights including Fort Dunree, a riverside trail to Glenevin Waterfall, idyllic beaches such as Tullagh Strand, and Doagh Famine Village, whilst the town of Letterkenny, home to The Regional Cultural Centre, is a short drive away.
