Rental price paid for the week's rental did not reflect the quality of the property, we expected a much higher quality of property like the listing entry alluded to. We have stayed in multiple properties for Christmas week in the Donegal area with a much higher level of quality for much cheaper cost. List of issues shared directly with landlord to address.

Upon arrival we noticed loads of dead flies in the upstairs bedrooms which we had to clean up. Seems to be a lot of mold and damp around the house. It probably needs redecoration throughout. That said it was a big enough and comfortable enough for us all and in a perfect location to explore Donegal.
