Guests say

Greyhound Barn is a spacious property with en-suite bedrooms, well-suited for large groups. The location is appreciated for its proximity to attractions and the welcome packs are a delightful touch. While some guests mention issues with maintenance and cleanliness, the overall experience is enhanced by the property's ample space and the owners' responsiveness.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Guests have reported varied experiences regarding cleanliness. Some found the property well-presented, while others noted areas that could benefit from deeper cleaning or attention to detail, such as dust and cobwebs. The presence of a used face mask and towel in rooms suggests inconsistency in cleaning standards.

The property's location is consistently praised for its convenience and the beauty of the surrounding area. It is situated in a picturesque village within the Cotswolds, close to local attractions and amenities, making it an ideal base for exploring the region.

The comfort level is generally high, with the property providing ample space and en-suite facilities for each bedroom. However, some guests have mentioned that certain beds and pillows need replacing, and there have been comments about the heat in some rooms during good weather.

Facilities are adequate for large groups, with a well-equipped kitchen and generous living spaces. However, there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as problematic showers, unreliable Wi-Fi, and the need for updates in decor and some appliances. The games room and outdoor area are positive aspects.

The owners' thoughtfulness is evident in the welcome packs and festive decorations for special occasions. Guests have expressed gratitude for these personal touches. However, it should be noted that such gifts, while appreciated, may vary and are not guaranteed with every stay.

14 of us enjoyed the comfortable beds, attractive living spaces (including the snooker table) and well stocked kitchen. It's great when a large property actually has huge pots and pans for cooking up meals for all! Fridge and freezer space was also generous. The owner gave us valuable advice about the road closure and a plumbing problem was quickly addressed. The surrounding countryside gave us plenty to do. A very happy week for our family!

    We loved the games room.

The kitchen was well stocked and the living and dining areas were ideal. We were impressed with the welcome treats. Some of the bathrooms had minor problems with leaking showers but we all had a great weekend.
