This is a charming waterside ground floor property located in Stanpit, a small former fishing village on the edge of Christchurch harbour Dorset.
With wonderful harbour views and walks right from the back door to the waters edge, this modern property will offer a memorable holiday experience for all the family.
The principal rooms take advantage of its unique location overlooking Christchurch harbour and Hengistbury Head nature reserve.
The lounge opens onto a large patio overlooking the water and private garden. A gate at the bottom of the garden leads onto Fisherman’s bank and harbour coastal path.
The property has a well equipped kitchen making it easy to rustle up a tasty meal. Alternatively you can enjoy a barbecue in the garden.
There is a twin bedroom for the children with a separate shower room. The master en-suite bedroom boasts a king size double bed and fabulous views across the garden and water.
There is even a table tennis table which can be used on the lawn and a shed to store your bikes should you wish to tour the area.
You have an array of amenities to choose from in this attractive waterside town, with many shops, places to eat and drink and the ruins of its large Norman castle, which once dominated this Dorset town.
Head down to the quayside and watch the boats or go crabbing. Alternatively take your bucket and spade to one of the golden beaches for some fun with the kids. If you can tear yourself away from this idyllic setting, venture over to the New Forest National Park and fall in love with its open moors and ancient woodland.
Harbour View Mudeford is simply an opportunity not to be missed.
The Dorset town of Christchurch is situated on the estuaries of the Rivers Stour and Avon, where they come together to form a natural harbour. Christchurch boasts an array of shops and restaurants, whilst the 11th century castle ruins and the Medieval priory. No trip to Christchurch would be complete unless you have strolled down to the quayside or been on one of the regular boat trips along the River Stour. There's also plenty to do in the resort of Bournemouth, or venture into the New Forest National Park.
