This cosy cottage is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has stunning countryside views across the village to the Tees Valley and surrounding fells. With an inviting open plan living area and stylish kitchen, and a super king size double or twin beds plus a single room upstairs, this cottage offers a great holiday base for couples and small families. The patio with table and chairs provides a great place to relax with wonderful views across the Dale.
The village of Middleton in Teesdale has a variety of shops and pubs all within a short walk of the cottage. The nearby market town of Barnard Castle, with its cobbled streets and quaint lanes, attracts visitors all year round. The Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District National Parks are within and easy drive. Local attractions include medieval Raby Castle with its deer park, Bowes Museum, High Force Waterfall and Egglestone Hall and the Yorkshire Dales, the Lake District, the Howgills can all be reached within an hour.
