The Stables is a detached cottage in the heart of the Lincolnshire wolds in the village of Donington on Bain, close to the historic market town of Louth and Horncastle as well as Market Rasen and the city of Lincoln. The village is part of the Viking way, close to the market town of Louth and Horncastle, 4 miles from cadwell park. You enter the property either via the french doors or the back door, this leads into the open-plan kitchen and dining area with seating for up to four people. The large kitchen has been built to a high-quality standard with many fixtures and fittings. The cottage has been tastefully furnished, with solid oak flooring and underfloor heating. Entering into a spacious and contemporary living room, you will find an electric fire and plush sofas. An ideal place to put your feet up and relax. Stairs lead off from the kitchen up to the two double bedrooms, with soft beds, plenty of furniture to house your personal items and a dressing table, giving the cottage a unique countryside feel. The large family bathroom has white tiles with an attractive flower pattern and cushioned floor covering. With a lovely bath and shower to choose from. Off-road parking is available for 2 cars. Outside has a patio area with a table and chairs, as well as a lawned garden. Perfect for relaxing all year round with family and friends, in the summer months the private garden is perfect for dining and sunbathing with use of alfresco barbecue. The Stables is the perfect location for friends and families to relax and unwind.

Louth is a market town and civil parish in the East Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. The town is east of a gorge carved into the Wolds that forms the Hubbard's Hills. This area was formed from a glacial overspill channel in the last glacial period. The River Lud meanders through the gorge before entering the town. Visitor attractions include St. James' Church, Hubbard's Hills, the market, and many independent retailers and Lincolnshire's last remaining cattle market.
