Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. . Rose Cottage is situated in the hamlet of North Reston, 10 miles from the sandy beaches of the east coast and the traditional seaside resort of Mablethorpe. Ideal as a touring base or for a family break with the nearby Georgian town of Louth the gateway to the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are good walks and cycle routes with a footpath through the farm, there is also several fishing lakes within a couple of miles.The east coast has many attractions with Mablethorpe, Sutton on Sea, Sandilands and Skegness all within 30 minutes’ drive for days out with Fantasy island and Butlins for further fun and entertainment. Inland Louth has many good restaurants, tea rooms, shops and pubs as well as a cinema with the pubs in both directions from Rose Cottage for food and drink in both Legbourne and South Reston.

Absolutely beautiful place. Rose Cottage has everything you could want and more. Excellent local information provided, especially for dog walking and the cottage is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The Welcome Pack was lovely as were the super comfortable beds. Would recommend and would stay again. I would say that if you want to go shopping or for activities you will to use a car however there is a Pub/restaurant within walking distance which suited us as we were after a relaxing break.

Lovely cottage on its own just 1 neighbouring cottage. Great location to visit the cost and seaside destinations. Local villages a couple of miles away.Great outside space all set up for outdoor eating which was lovely. Gorgeous log fire and really cosy and warm throughout. The kitchen was pleasantly bigger than it seems on the pictures and was really well equipped. Hosts made some lovely recommendations and were very welcoming. Also had a whole station set up for local attractions, eateries etc. Also a dog station which was super helpful (bowls, treats and blankets) - the garden was completely secure for our dogs. Wi-Fi was great
