So from 2024, Holly Cottage and all our amazing facilities are exclusively yours to use during your stay, including the lake, stocked with Roach, Tench, Rudd, Mirror Carp and Crucian Carp - All you need is your rods!! Entertain into the night with plenty of outdoor seating and pretty festoon lighting to set the scene, before climbing into the 8-seater hot tub and enjoying a soak under the stars. The bedrooms at this Wickenby cottage rest upstairs, housing a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, two king-size rooms, one with en-suite shower, a bunk and a twin room with double sofa bed, each neutrally presented. Completing the interior is the family bathroom, where you can enjoy a lazy soak in the freestanding bath or freshen up in the shower room. Your nearest amenities can be found in the village of Wragby, five miles away, home to a pub serving tasty food, ideal for when you fancy a night away from the kitchen. Outdoor adventure can be found at the Bardney Limewoods Nature Reserve, where you can wander through ancient woodland and find a plethora of wildlife, whilst the Lincolnshire Wolds boasts a myriad of walking and cycling routes. Wragby is a small town surrounded by Lincolnshire countryside, a short drive from the city of Lincoln itself. The remains of two 19th century manors, the 19th century Grade II listed church of All Saints, and a tall tower mill, built in 1831 by the millwright Ingledew. Wragby offers three friendly local pubs, a fish shop, a café, and a restaurant, with a regular bus service linking it to Horncastle and the coastal town of Skegness. Visit the butterfly garden of the nearby Chambers Farm Wood in the Bardney Limewoods National Nature Reserve, and explore the many marked trails there. Take a trip to the city of Lincoln, marvel at its impressive cathedral or potter around the many interesting shops there, or head to the coast and uncover the beauty of the east coast at the seaside resorts of Skegness and Sutton-on-Sea.
