Metheringham 2.5 miles. This delightful, ground-floor cottage rests amidst wonderful Lincolnshire countryside within the village of Scopwick, close to Metheringham. Step into an entrance hall where you can pop off your walking attire before discovering the kitchen, fitted with a wealth of mods and cons to assist in cooking, including an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and even a washer, so you won’t have to bring your whole wardrobe! Move into the spacious sitting room where you can get comfortable on the sofa as the gas fire gently warms you, flicking through the Smart TV in search of a good movie. The conservatory area doubles as a dining room where family meals and board games can be enjoyed, or take the evening outside to the patio garden, where you can relax upon the outdoor furniture with a glass of wine in hand. As the night rolls in, retreat to the bedrooms, hosting a king-size with en-suite shower and a double with en-suite bath, both neatly furnished and presented with good storage space. Quiet and peaceful setting. Owner friendly. responsive and attentive. Facilities great, everything needed to self cater, dish washer and washing machine appreciated. Hot tub a delight to sit under the stars at night. Great pubs near with good food and drink. I would definately recommend.

The cottage was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and very comfortable. The garden is private and peaceful. No doubt the hot tub would be great but we did not use it. Thank you for the thoughtful welcome pack. That was a nice surprise. Millcott was ideally situated for us to visit family in the area, and easy to find. Our only slight concern was that the road noise disturbed my husband, who is a very light sleeper. I didn't notice it! I highly recommend this cottage.
