Folkingham is a charming village in Lincolnshire lying between Grantham, Sleaford and Spalding. The village dates all the way back to the Domesday Book of 1086 but was likely established in the 6th century as an Anglo-saxon settlement. The village was previously home to the impressive Folkingham Castle, although the ruins do not remain, the site of them can still be visited.
