The house is very spacious and attractive and worked well for our family .It was also very clean .The snug and games room were a real hit. All the beds were made with good quality linen and were exceptionally comfortable. The location was perfect with lovely walks. Our only gripes really were that there weren’t enough serving dishes/plates for meals for 10 and there were only just enough dinner and side plates, and mugs so if you used something it had to be hand washed before the next meal. And also that the lounge was extremely draughty (November) so we had to light a fire more frequently than we would like. But overall it is a lovely place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with friends and family, it was a fantastic house with everything you needed and more. The host was first rate, very friendly and accommodating it was a special weekend for us. Linda and Perce
