Great for accessing Rutland waters. We werenât bothered by the traffic at all. Had a few problems. The single beds were made up as double & WiFi didnât work both sorted out by hotel staff. All the staff were lovely. We ate at the hotel had a great meal. Downside the property wasnât very clean, hairs in the shower, stains on the sofa & stains on the cushions. All in desperate need of replacing or at least cleaning. However, we still enjoyed our stay but probably try one of the other cabins next time.

To in the lounge was temperamental in its tuning which did not occur in the bedroom. Instructions on clearing accommodation seems a general rule in the small print donât think itâs right to be expected to strip bedding and pile all together when paying what we paid for a week. 4500 a month is 50 k a year. The items when arriving could be adjusted been some places for less where at least some bread or a small pint of milk are left. Quiet area nice getaway logograms useful although evening food expensive and small menu for a week. Food flavoursome nicely presented however.

Backing onto the road and hotel across the road- can hear traffic ( wasnât helped with location of temp lights) Also Christmas party and wedding celebrations could hear inside and at night when trying to sleep
