Ash is a chic glamping pod located on a luxury glamping site just outside of Rocester, Staffordshire. Ash is a wonderful pet-friendly home for two families or a group of five, thanks to its convenient location near the Peak District National Park and a short drive from the popular attraction of Alton Towers. Ash benefits from access to two off-road parking spaces, as well as its own private patio with barbecue and a lovely picnic bench, perfect for outdoor dining whilst soaking up the last of the day’s sunshine. Make yourself at home in the bright and airy open floor plan, where you can whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, ready to savour at the dining table over your favourite tipple. Make dinner a family event by gathering everyone in the enchanting communal area, where a big barbeque and pizza oven are ready to serve up grilled delicacies and pizza under the twinkling fairy lights. After supper, unwind in front of the Smart TV with your favourite show or take a refreshing shower in the well-appointed shower room. Rocester is a charming settlement on the boundary between Derbyshire and Staffordshire, situated on a triangular plot of ground between the Churnet and the Dove rivers. The village was listed in the Domesday Book, and it is located on the site of an ancient Roman fort. The world-famous JCB factory is located in Rocester, and the business has landscaped the region to create beautiful walking paths and intriguing sculptures in the adjoining park. The Fossor, a sculpture constructed entirely out of digger components, stands as the most prominent of these. Rocester is the midpoint of the Staffordshire Way that traverses the length of Staffordshire and the beginning of the Limestone Way that leads to Matlock. Ashbourne, a charming market town not far from Rocester, and the family amusement park Alton Towers are both easily accessible. Historical homes, market towns, moorland, rolling hills, and valleys can be found in either the Staffordshire or Derbyshire sections of the Peak District National Park, both of which are conveniently accessible from Rocester.
