Guests say

Fell End is a well-regarded cottage in Keswick, praised for its convenient location, comfort, and off-street parking. Guests appreciate the property's proximity to town and the cosiness it offers after a day out. The garden and secure storage for pets and outdoor equipment received mixed feedback, and while some guests encountered issues with cleanliness and maintenance, others found the property to be a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped base for exploring the Lake District.

Cleanliness has been noted as an area for improvement, with several guests mentioning issues such as dirty dishes, dust, and pet odours. However, others have found the property to be clean upon arrival, indicating some inconsistency in the standard of cleaning.

The location is highly praised for being peaceful and within easy walking distance to Keswick town centre. Guests consistently appreciate the convenience of the location for exploring the Lake District.

Comfort is generally well-received, with guests finding the property cosy and well-presented. Some guests, however, have suggested that the beds are too hard and the sofas are in need of replacement, which affects the overall comfort level.

Facilities are deemed good by many guests, with particular mention of the well-equipped kitchen and parking. Criticisms include issues with water pressure, TV reception, and garden security, suggesting room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.

While some guests were delighted by the provision of biscuits, there is insufficient information to determine a consistent level of thoughtfulness across all stays, such as the regularity of such gestures or other acts of consideration. Therefore, a score cannot be provided, and guests should note that such gifts are not guaranteed.

Rang the agent and they confirmed the details stated this, but they had no further information and told us the info pack in the house would likely have details but there were none. House could do with a couple of coffee tables in the 2 seating areas and coat hooks but other than these 3 things, would recommend a stay at Fell End.
