Guests say

Greta Mill is a well-received cottage in Keswick, praised for its central location, comfortable furnishings, and the luxury of en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom. The hot tub is a popular feature, despite some issues, and the property's proximity to local attractions is appreciated. The welcome pack was a delightful touch for guests.

The property is consistently described as clean and well-maintained, with several guests specifically noting its cleanliness. However, a few minor comments about worn sofas suggest room for improvement.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to Keswick centre, parks, and walking routes. The convenience of the location is a standout feature in the reviews.

Guests find the beds comfortable and the living spaces adequate, though some reviews mention issues with mattresses and sofa comfort. The twin room was noted as being a bit tight.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, especially the kitchen and en-suite bathrooms. However, there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as peeling wallpaper, poorly fitting curtains, and hot tub temperature problems, which affect the score.

The welcome pack was mentioned as one of the best received by guests, indicating thoughtfulness. However, as gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, this should be considered a pleasant addition rather than an expectation.

The local parks are an absolute credit to Keswick. Thank you for an excellent stay.

It had everything you could want. My only constructive criticism would be that the pillows are not great and there was a lot of mismatched crockery, cutlery & glassware. The hot tub was great after a long days walking!
