About this property

Victorian six bedroom property, sleeping up to 12 guests, retaining many period features in an elevated position only 2 minutes walk from Keswick town centre, with open fires, private parking and outside space.

Fell House was built in circa 1884 and has retained many of its original features, including pitch pine staircase and doors, and in the main sitting rooms, white marble fire places complete with copper canopy made by Keswick Industrial Arts. It is situated in an elevated position, in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet only a 2 minute walk from Keswick town centre in one direction and the river and Fitz Park in the other. It is ideally located close to shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants, parks, Keswick Theatre by the Lake and Derwent Water, The Queen of the Lakes. Just leave the cars in the 4 parking spaces provided and enjoy a carefree holiday in Keswick centre and the Lakes.

Pets: Two well-behaved dogs welcome (permitted on the ground floor only).

Outside: The property is approached by a pedestrian pathway and a small fore-courted garden area giving access to the front entrance door. To the rear of the property is a self-contained paved yard with parking spaces.

Parking: Private parking for 4/5 cars.
