There were items on bathroom cabinet belonging to previous guest. Not cleaned either side of bathroom sink and the bin next to toilet looks filthy dirty. Heaters in main room not working but wall heaters were sufficient.

Only some minutes to the village with cafés and shops, the café of the museum just around the corner. In an hour around Rydal Water to Ambleside with even more possibilies. This was my second stay here, after 2016 and 2022 near Keswick. I can really recommend this studio, very well equipped, and with many tours right from the front door. Don't miss the Coffin Trail and a walk in White Moss.
