Completing Portobello is the second-floor games room for guests to hideaway with a film on the 54" Curved Smart TV, a good book, or challenge their loved one to a game of table football! Start your mornings with an alfresco breakfast in the garden area whilst you plan the day's adventures. You have access to a children's play area and The Royal Oak, a lovely traditional pub to take a break from cooking and enjoy their lovely meals. The seating was clean and functional, tv was good. We couldnât believe the quality of the kitchen and how it was equipped. The showers were ok, the shower in the bath needs attention, probably the bath needs levelling, and a sealed screen. The on-suit is shower was ok perhaps a new shower head. Both loo seats need refitting, so they donât move. I am a builder plumber, and I am experienced in these minor details that you may choose to address. Overall we enjoyed the property very much thank you. We will be looking to come again. Regards Richard Gauld
