A further king size and a single bedroom provide flexible sleeping arrangements for the rest of the group. Serving these rooms is a stylish bathroom, fitted with a bath and shower over, where you can enjoy a relaxing soak. The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen area, where you will find a well-equipped kitchen to dish up some home-cooked delicacies, to be savoured in the light and airy conservatory, where a dining table for six awaits dinner party natter and family bonding. If the warmer weather greets you, step outside to your picture-postcard private haven, here you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining on the patio, or simply relax on the lawn, soaking up the tranquil surroundings. This outdoor space is complete with furniture, perfect for those warm summer evenings. Afterwards, curl up in the sitting room with a good book courtesy of the bookshelf, or put your favourite programme on the Smart TV, with the warming gas fire keeping your feet toasty. Kick-start your Lake District journey by exploring the plethora of National Trust sites nearby, beginning at Wray with its intricately crafted stone castle, and transitioning to Fell Foot, an adventurous fun-filled park set against the spectacular Lake Windermere. History enthusiasts can explore Hill Top, the 17th-century farmhouse that was once the residence of the beloved children's author, Beatrix Potter. Botany buffs must visit the Holehird Gardens, a garden run by the Lakeland Horticultural Society, known for its variety of plant life and beautiful blooms. Lovers of architecture and botanical beauty can make a beeline for the stately Levens Hall with its world-famous topiary gardens. For those in search of thrills, an excursion to Go Ape Grizedale will suffice, offering treetop courses and forest segway adventures. Round off your historic explorations with a visit to Ambleside Roman Fort, which offers a glimpse into Roman Britain. Craggy View is your idyllic countryside base, with a treasure trove of experiences awaiting, whether you’re an adrenaline junkie, a nature lover, or a history enthusiast.

Only slight thing I would say is everything was provided like pots, pans and plates etc and even a dishwasher - but no cleaning supplies. (we were on a motorcycle so difficult to bring our own) but absolutely fantastic nonetheless. Thanks!!
