As promised the issue we had last year had been resolved, so top marks. Its set in a superb woodland location with views across to the distant mountains where we could watch the storms as they headed our way. Its perfectly located to explore beautiful Cumbria and about 5 mins out of Bowness, close enough to the restaurants and cafes if that's your thing. Very well appointed throughout so you wont be disappointed if you pay TT a visit. Its our fourth visit and we highly recommended it.

The property is absolutely beautiful and location was perfect. We never suffered any of recent visitors complaints such as smelly drains ect. If there was anything to be a tad picky over would be the front balcony is in need of tlc .. Floor paving needs to be repaired as a lot of cracked pavers. The perimeter water channel needs a good clean out of weeds and re stoned. The walls need jet washing and painting. The top windows are covered in thick fly excrement and grime. Wall cappings are very loose at the rear of the outside. We respect itâs a rental and there is going to be some issues , if these were sorted out itâd be faultless. Weâd definitely return to this property and hopefully next door will come up for rental also as itâs outstanding.
