Guests say

Willows Lodge in Troutbeck Bridge is highly praised for its clean, modern, and spacious accommodation, offering a dog-friendly environment and a variety of on-site amenities. Guests appreciate the property's proximity to outdoor activities and the responsiveness of the owners. While some minor maintenance issues are noted, the overall experience is positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

Most guests found the lodge to be clean and well-maintained, though there were a few mentions of dog hairs and a need for better vacuuming. The positive comments outweigh the negatives, indicating a generally high standard of cleanliness.

The location is consistently praised for its convenience, proximity to local attractions, and easy access to on-site facilities. The scenic surroundings and dog-friendly walks contribute to its high rating.

Guests find the lodge comfortable, with a home-from-home feel and suitable for families. Some minor feedback on bedding and seating arrangements suggests room for improvement, but overall comfort is rated highly.

Facilities are generally good, with mentions of a well-equipped kitchen and on-site amenities. However, reports of maintenance issues like a non-working freezer, flickering lights, and TV signal problems slightly lower the score.

While guests mention thoughtful touches like a surprise Prosecco and cookies, as well as a selection of board games, there is not enough information to assess consistency across all stays. Therefore, it is politely noted that such gifts are not guaranteed and the score is set to null.

The lodge was beautifully clean and had everything we needed for our mini break. Our dog loved it too he had the freedom to roam on the enclosed decking area. The lodge was very comfortable with that home from home feel about it. We will definitely be returning here as the location was just perfect too. Thank you so very much
