Guests appreciate the secure garden, thoughtful welcome packs, and the property's charm. The cottage's location serves as a great base for exploring Norfolk, with many mentioning the convenience for both coastal and forest excursions. The host's attentiveness and the property's suitability for dogs are frequently commended.

The property's location is well-received for its quiet village charm and proximity to local attractions. Some guests note the lack of immediate amenities like a village shop, but appreciate the short drives to shops and pubs. The secure garden and nearby walks are a bonus for dog owners.

Guests find the cottage comfortable, with special mentions of comfy beds and a cosy living room. The spaciousness and quirky character of the property contribute to the overall comfort, although one review mentions the mattresses could be improved.

The facilities, including a well-stocked kitchen, secure garden, and additional features like a playroom and 'hobbit house', are highly regarded. Some guests note ongoing improvements and upgrades, indicating good maintenance. However, a few comments about flies and the need for new mattresses suggest minor areas for improvement.

The host's thoughtfulness is frequently mentioned, with guests delighted by welcome packs and fresh eggs. While these gifts are greatly appreciated, it is noted that such personal touches, though common, are not guaranteed for every stay.

Such a dog friendly owner and cottage. We had good weather too and were able to sit in the spacious garden. Our three dogs loved the out door space and Thetford forest. A visit to Hunstanton beach was good too. All in all a great time. We have booked again
