The rear garden is ideal for dogs and the covered seating area is a nice addition for humans. Spacious main bedroom with a very comfy bed. The only reason it doesn't get a 10 is no dishwasher and no upstairs lavatory. ( I know these are clearly stated but regarding the loo, getting up at 4am and having to go downstairs for a wee was a bit of a challenge:-) ) Seriously, we loved it there and wouldn't hesitate to book again if we are in the area for a break.

What a lovely place to stay comfy beds, towels, all kitchen amenities you could need and more. 100% we would return for another visit and would recommend to anyone looking to stay local to great yarmouth and other beaches. Wonderful break.
