We have just returned from a lovely stay at Avocet, the cottage was so clean and really well equipped. Incredibly dog friendly, the garden was so secure we didn’t have to worry about the dogs wondering in and out as they liked. Really quiet and the garden patio is a real sun trap which was great as we had some very warm weather to enjoy sitting out in. Cottage is well placed for exploring sandringham which you can easily walk to in around 15 mins and the Norfolk Coast. We will definitely return next time we are visiting the area.
