This delightful single-storey property retains all its traditional charm with exposed wooden beams, a traditional farmhouse style, nature reflected in the decor and furnishings, plus all the contemporary comforts for a memorable stay. Enter the property and step into a cosy and homely, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a lovely, sociable space. The kitchen area to the right has a tiled floor, a beautiful wooden dresser and all the appliances to make meal preparation a breeze. There is ample space at the dining table, providing the ideal place for breakfast and planning a day of adventure. On your return from exploring, unwind in the lounge, sink into the sofa or chair, and in the evening, watch your favourite show on the TV. Access to the two bedrooms and a bathroom is off the living area, up one very small step. There is a single and a double bedroom available. Patio doors open from the lounge area onto an enclosed patio where you can relax on the garden furniture and fire up the BBQ for al fresco dining on fine evenings. The scenic coastline is within 15 miles where you can spend time walking, relaxing or enjoying water sports at the stunning sandy beaches of Holkham, Wells-next-the-Sea and Brancaster. Nature lovers will appreciate the bird reserves at Sculthorpe (4 miles) and Cley (19.5 miles) or catch a boat at Blakeney Point (19 miles) to spot seals. The popular Norfolk Lavender Farm is less than 15 miles away.
