With great attention to detail and making very clever use of limited space, the barn has been fitted out with quality fixtures and fittings and is surprisingly well-equipped with almost everything you might need for a short or longer stay in this beautiful area of North West Norfolk. Walk in the front door and you will be impressed by the striking open-plan vaulted living area - a light and airy space that's open to the mezzanine above. Somehow it manages to feel cosy too. The Little Barn's master bedroom is on the ground floor with doors leading out to the south facing courtyard garden and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and separate shower cubicle.
A couple will enjoy the luxury of having The Little Barn all to themselves, with space to spare. Situated in Ringstead, a friendly village with good local amenities, offering easy access to both coastal and rural Norfolk along with wonderful walking, cycling and birdwatching opportunities.

We enjoyed our stay at little barn. It had everything you need and thank you for the bottle of apple juice and biscuits left for us. We also had tea coffee and milk in the fridge the barn was very clean. The barn is located within easy reach of many place to visit on north Norfolk coast.

Beautiful barn conversion. Our kids loved the cute attic beds. Kitchen has everything you need. Has a nice terrace handy for hanging up laundry/ swimming costumes and where we enjoyed eating our evening meals. Dedicated parking spot. Lovely walkable village with great shop and playground for the little ones, fantastic beaches a short drive away. Lots to do in the area.
