A wood-fired hot tub, a hammock, and a very luxurious safari tent... Need we say more? Set in rural Norfolk, just a short drive from the coast, Burnham Safari Tent is the perfect family glamping escape.

Kick back and enjoy the outdoors with a break in the Burnham safari tent; sleeping up to six guests in three bedrooms with a great open-plan living space. The tent is set in a meadow in South Creake, in rolling countryside just a short drive from Norfolk's famous coastline.

Inside the cosy tent you will find a large kitchen/dining/living room, where you can all sit comfortably around the table, play games on the leather sofas by the wood burning stove or cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen. Heading further into the tent is the hidden cabin room with a king-size bed, a bunk room, and a master bedroom with a further king-size bed. All the beds are made up on arrival with feather down duvets and Egyptian cotton linen, along with towels and complimentary toiletries. There is electric lighting and plug sockets in the tent, as well as hot and cold water, a television and wifi.

Outside, you are truly spoilt. There is a wood-fired hot tub on the decking, a double hammock and a barbecue/firepit with outdoor seating - not a bad way to end an adventurous day! On site there are animal interaction sessions, children’s play park including den building, and an honesty shop for basic essentials. Also locally bikes, kayaks, paddleboards and beach tents can be hired. Friendly farm animals, including alpacas, goats and chickens, roam nearby.

Additional Information:

Two dogs welcome at a small additional charge of £8 per night per dog. This includes a dog towel and bowls.

Horses welcome for additional paddock charge of £25 per night, or stable charge of £40 per night.

A refundable security deposit of £100 will be applied a few days prior to your arrival, which will be released after departure.

Bathroom towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Cots and highchairs provided free of charge on request. Please bring your own soft mattress and bedding.

Inside:

Open-plan living area

With leather sofas, Smart television, a wood burning stove and a dining table to seat six guests. Electric lighting and sockets.

Kitchen

Sink with hot and cold water, gas hob, microwave with grill, fridge with freezer section, pots and pans, utensils, crockery, glasses, mugs, kettle and a cafetiere.

Master bedroom

With a king-size bed, bed side tables and wardrobe. Quality Egyptian cotton sheets and down bedding plus blankets in all rooms.

Bunk room

With a set of single bunk beds.

Cabin room

Vertical ladder 1.5m and wooden door into king-size bed, with storage underneath.

Shower room

With a shower, wash basin and WC, towels provided, complementary toiletries.

Outside:

Decked area with a barbecue/firepit, wood-fired hot tub, double hammock and outdoor seating. Initial logs provided, extras can be purchased.
