The Lobster Pot in Cromer is a well-received holiday cottage, praised for its cleanliness, comfortable furnishings, and peaceful location close to the beach. Guests appreciate the secure garden, especially those with dogs, and the thoughtful touches like a welcome pack and tech amenities. Some minor maintenance issues are noted, but overall, the property offers a pleasant stay.

Guests consistently mention that The Lobster Pot is very clean, with several reviews highlighting its spotlessness. The high standard of cleanliness contributes positively to the overall experience.

The property's location is frequently praised for being peaceful and close to the beach, with easy access to local walks and amenities. The proximity to Cromer and other attractions in Norfolk is also appreciated.

The bungalow is described as warm, cosy, and comfortable, with comfy beds and a homely feel. Some guests found the seating low and the lounge area a bit small for four people, which slightly affects the comfort score.

Facilities like Netflix, Alexa, and a well-equipped kitchen are well-received. However, there are comments about the lack of instructions for appliances, a slippery shower tray, and some maintenance issues like the front door lock and waste water drainage, which slightly lower the score.

Guests mention thoughtful touches such as a welcome pack with tea, coffee, and biscuits, as well as the provision of phone chargers and maps. While these gifts are appreciated, it is noted that such extras are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Has a lovely garden for our dog to run about in . From the bedroom window you can actually see the sea and take a walk down the road to a track which leads to the cliff top where you can walk down to the beach (if so desired as quite a walk back up ). Would recommend this property to family and friends.

Especially the cleanliness and the little things, like the quality ornaments around, which added to the ambience The kitchen, being well equipped with quality equipment. Lynne, John & Kiera(dog)

Only criticisms really too small for four people especially with sofa. Trip hazard with fireplace surround too near to sofa. Wife stumbled against it on a number of occasions but luckily with no injury
