“We used to have family summer holidays at Sheringham. My husband and I also used to stay at the Burlington. So spending a week in Armorel was quite nostalgic. It is well placed for the town and for walks along the coast.Parking can be a bit of an issue and having found a spot in front of the building were reluctant to lose it by driving out but it is very likely we will stay in Armorel again.”

“We absolutely loved our stay in Sheringham (family of 4 with 2 children). The property was exactly as described, it was just like the photos with amazing views. Location was fabulous, walking distance to the beach (1-2 minutes walk for those able to navigate stairs), small play park in front of the building, a few minutes walk to the high street / local amenities. Beach itself was really nice and clean, shingle and larger stones at the start but as the tide goes out you have a large expanse of sandy beach for kids to build their sand castles and play ball games. Great place for rock pooling too, we headed towards the rock groins as the tide started to recede and caught shrimps the size of prawns, a fish (blenny perhaps?), crabs, and a couple of lobsters too! The property doesn't have designated parking but there was plenty of street parking available if you arrive early or late enough, alternatively there are car parks nearby. At the time of our stay (Aug 2022) the flat seemed brand new as it was immaculate. It is well kitted out and the only thing we needed to bring were our own towels, which we knew before we packed. This is our third family holiday in Norfolk and I can honestly say this has been our best stay so far thanks to the standard of the property and location. We would happily book again the next time we visit Norfolk :)”

“We had a lovely restful winter break in Sheringham. The apartment was fabulous, we would definitely stay again. Finished to a very high specification, and nicely furnished, there was even a washer-dryer and dishwasher and a very well kitted out kitchen. It was toasty warm when we came back from some long walks along the beach and around the town. Two extremely minor issues - there wasn't a hairdryer and there were some tapping noises which we think must have been from the central heating. Both these items were passed on to the agents, who was extremely helpful.”
