Be welcomed into a hallway and take a right to enter the beautiful sitting room featuring a large L-shaped sofa and a Smart TV, leading into the sleek fitted kitchen equipped with quality appliances.

A utility room hosts the laundry appliances, whilst the property's living areas continue downstairs on the lower-ground floor with a spacious dining room. Also on this lower floor is the first of the two elegant bedrooms, this one featuring a king size double bed and served by the neighbouring bathroom, complete with a bath and overhead shower. Back on the ground floor another staircase leads you to the first-floor master bedroom, boasting a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room and plenty of storage. Please note this property can only accept a maximum of two adults and two children. Embark on local walks right from your doorstep, with the beautiful River Lune just a stone's throw away, and lots of Yorkshire Dales walking and cycling routes to explore. The charming village of Casterton is home to an 18th century pub, The Pheasant Inn, just a short stroll away so you can enjoy a well-deserved drink following a challenging hike! Just a few miles south is the bustling market town of Kirkby Lonsdale, settled on the verge of the national park, the town hosts a weekly market every Thursday and is home to one of the UK's finest medieval bridges, the 14th century Devil's Bridge, as well as being home to the famous Ruskin's View which inspired the Turner painting and poet John Ruskin.

The Lune Valley is an idyllic area to explore, with fishing along the Lune widely regarded as one of England's finest game fishing rivers, home to salmon, trout and sea trout. Enjoy kayaking, canoeing or stand-up paddle-boarding along the Lune too, provided an adventurous way to explore the scenery.
