Ulverston 2 miles. 3 School View is a cosy terraced cottage situated in Bardsea, Cumbria. Internally, the property has been decorated with your comfort in mind. Boasting light walls, with touches of the countryside found throughout, including the stone wall features and exposed beams. The property opens up to a spacious lounge area, with a sofa and armchair. Relax and unwind in front of the TV, with the cosy woodburning stove to keep you warm during those chilly evenings. Step through to the kitchen area, with its cream units and wooden worktops offering plenty of preparation space for some home cooking, with a lovely breakfast bar. To the rear is a convenient conservatory area, which also acts as a dining area, with seating for four people to enjoy a family meal together. Or use the room as a quiet space and take advantage of the large sofa and curl up with a good book. Follow the steps to the first floor where you will find two bedrooms: one double and one single, with a separate family shower room, with all modern fixtures and fittings. There is roadside parking directly outside the property. To the rear of the property is an enclosed garden, with an extensive landscaped edges, full to bloom with beautiful flowers and plants and a spacious lawn. To the back is a snug patio area, with seating - a lovely spot to enjoy a morning cup of tea and watch the sunrise. Cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. It is so cosy and felt like home . Great being next door but one to a lovely pub where we would go when we would get back from our days out. Would highly recommend .

.so clearly fab host Sarah doing something right. New carpet...new cooker & new mattress since our last visit...that mattress is a dream to sleep on...so comfy. Weather wasn't the best but it didn't matter because the cottage is super cosy. Lovely neighbours who we now call friends. Different walks every day... we plan to make this a staple yearly visit we love it so much Thanks Sarah for everything...Neo & me x
