Guests say

Linwood is consistently praised for its spaciousness, cleanliness, and high-quality amenities. Guests appreciate the secure garden, hot tub, and the property's suitability for families and pets. The location is ideal for exploring the coast and local attractions. The house's decor and comfort are highlighted, with special mentions of the welcome pack and attentive hosts.

Guests have consistently noted the property's cleanliness, describing it as immaculate and tidy. The high standard of cleanliness contributes significantly to the overall positive experience.

The property's location is well-regarded, with guests mentioning its proximity to the sea front, local shops, and attractions. The quiet neighbourhood is also appreciated, although there are no negative comments to provide a balanced view.

Reviewers frequently mention the comfort of the property, highlighting the large comfy beds, spacious rooms, and cosy snug. The homely feel and quality of the furnishings contribute to a very comfortable stay.

Facilities are highly praised, including the well-equipped kitchen, hot tub, and large garden. However, a minor note on the need for an instruction booklet and timer adjustments for lights suggests a slight deduction from a perfect score.

The hosts' thoughtfulness is evident through mentions of a welcome pack and other extras. While these are greatly appreciated by guests, it is politely noted that such gestures, while common, are not guaranteed for every stay.

Cleveleys is a bustling town on the Fylde Coast of Lancashire, about 4 miles north of Blackpool. There are a few interesting buildings and landmarks dotted about the town such as the Marsh Mill Windmill, an attractive part of Thornton Cleveleys heritage, and a Grade II* Listed building, which is opened as much as possible by The Friends of Marsh Mill. This is a local group foreseeing its upkeep and allowing visitors to see inside, and marvel at its fabulous and intricate workings. For car enthusiasts, the annual Cleveleys Car Show is on which hosts a wide range of vehicles including Classic Cars, Sports Cars, Modern Classics, American Cars, hot rod, kit cars and Specialist vehicles. Cleveleys seafront is just over a mile long, stretching from the boundary with Blackpool in the south at Kingsway, not far from Anchorsholme Park. Here you see the design of the sea defences, built carefully to keep the water out and prevent flooding. The promenade, cafe, water play area, artworks and easy access are very popular with visitors and local people. Jubilee Leisure Park adds fun-filled facilities with a children’s activity centre, cinema, pub and restaurant. The Affinity Shopping outlet is located next to the small and quaint, Wyre dock and marina for further opportunities to enjoy. Nearby at Blackpool, the seven-mile sandy beach and promenade offer donkey rides, fish-and-chip shops and theatres. Other landmarks include the Blackpool Tower, Blackpool illuminations, the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Water Park, the Winter Gardens, and Blackpool Zoo. The seaside towns of Lytham and St Annes-on-Sea nestle further along the spectacular stretch of coastline, a photographer's haven, lined with pretty parks, rolling sandy dunes and the Ribble Estuary Nature Reserve. With so much to entertain its guests and splendid coastal views to admire at every angle, consider your next trip in the UK, to Cleveleys.

It was decorated lovely, everything worked (oven, tvs , lights etc) which was a first and the communication from the owners was excellent. The size of the rooms were amazing the bedrooms in particular and it felt so homely. The hot tub was really good as well. Good location near to lots of things to do, plus a local hickory's restaurant branch nearby! Will definitely be coming back, although is it possible to get a blind for the windows in the attic room as I imagine it would be light in the summer months in the morning?
