Everything was amazing, the location was stunning, so much wildlife on the grounds. Beautiful drive to the nearest towns Settle and Clitheroe. Everything we needed was provided at the property. . Will definitely visit again in the near future

The cottage is beautiful and we had a really lovely time so thank-you so much. Only issues we had was: Leaking shower- wasn’t an issue as there was two other showers in the property. The owners was very quick to respond to concerns about this. Pool table light taking money from us a few times without working. Dogs need to be kept on a lead- it would have been great to have an enclosed space for them to roam on the private patio.

Swallows is looking a little tired but the outside area has recently been improved with new patio and garden furniture. The swimming pool is a fantastic commodity and the timetable for it’s use is very well organised. Beautiful setting and lovely to enjoy the peace and quiet. We had a lovely family gathering for a significant birthday.
