Nestled in the thriving market town of Ashbourne, in Debryshire, is this delightful Grade II listed cottage. Liberty House offers an ideally situated base for exploring all this town centre has to offer, with easy access to the centre of the Peak District National Park. Internally, the property offers spacious and welcoming rooms and opens to a dining area, an ideal social space for planning the day's events or enjoying a lovely home-cooked meal. Step through to the adjacent sitting room, with two sofas, where you can relax and unwind of an evening with the benefits of the woodburning stove to keep you warm and a Smart TV for entertainment. The compact kitchen is amply-equipped with all the appliances you could need to cook up a storm for the whole family! With a convenient utility area which has laundry facilities and a basin and WC. The first floor hosts two bedrooms: one double and one twin, with a separate family bathroom. Choose from an elegant freestanding bath and walk-in shower to prepare for your day in style. Each bedroom has a range of modern furniture, with matching beside tables and lamps, ideal for some late night reading. Ashbourne is ideally situated for exploring the Peak District, including the market town itself, which offers an extensive range of antique shops, tearooms, wine bars, pubs and restaurants to explore. A little further afield is Dovedale, a valley in the Peak District, owned by the National Trust, with walking paths offering scenic views along the way. A second National Trust property of Ilam Park, is a country park stretching across 158 acres, with a visitor centre and a tearoom. Liberty House is the perfect choice for small families looking to explore the Peak District.
Ashbourne is a market town in Derbyshire Dales, England, situated on the southern edge of the Peak District. Boasting a cobbled market place, hosting a traditional outdoor market, held every Thursday and Saturday. The town offers a selection of individual shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés. Ashbourne has easy access into the neighbouring towns and villages for plenty of amenities and the centre of the Peak District National Park.
