    Very clean and well-equipped cottage in the heart of Brighton - close to all amenities and within walking distance from the beach. It is an ideal accommodation for a couple or a small family.

    Very comfortable, thoughtfully well appointed cottage attractively decorated (and lovely pictures on walls), easy walk to the heart of Brighton, bakeries round each corner. Street outside momentarily "lively" at times (e.g. passing hen night!) Good wi-fi. Steep staircase. Near Victoria Gardens for dog relief (back court yard not really suitable). Good shower (no bath). Car access challenging at first due to local bus/taxi only road restrictions (your satnav may mislead you, beware, use North Road turn left and left again and left again!). Parking an expensive and can be time consuming issue to conjure with - plan ahead.
