I will be back again next year. View of the sea is fantastic. Having a pub next door and a fish and chip shop a few feet away is a bonus.

Great position overlooking the sea.Had a great week and dogs enjoyed their walks up Hayling Billy trail and Yacht club. Dogs also loved people watching from the balcony.

We had a lovely week. The accommodation is over 3 floors with the main living/kitchen area on the middle floor. The accommodation has everything you need including stair gates, all kitchen accessories and appliances, washing line and towels in the garden - Feather bedding and pillows. The pub next door is lovely, has great food and isnât noisy which is something we did consider when looking at the location. We plan to go back next year as thr beaches are never packed even in August.
