A converted Victorian dairy barn, this mews-style property has been renovated to a high standard, with tasteful artwork on the walls and some original features still intact. The attractive living area is propped up by beautiful wooden beams and has French doors leading out to your private garden. Here you can relax in the sun, perhaps having a morning coffee as you draw up a plan for the day ahead. There’s a cosy king-size bedroom plus a second bedroom that can either be a king-size or a twin, for versatility.

In the surrounding area, you’ll have a pub 1 mile away and plenty of shops and restaurants in Newport. You can play a round of golf at the nearby course (3 miles) or visit the impressive Carisbrooke Castle (3 miles) for a dose of history. Fancy getting lost in miles of countryside? Head to Isle of Wight Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (3 miles) or Hamstead Heritage Coast (6.5 miles) which both feature plenty of walking and cycling trails.

If it’s sandy beaches you’re after, you’ll be just 5 miles from the beach at Ryde.
