Jasmine Cottage in Kent offers a comfortable and quiet stay with beautiful surroundings and convenient access to local towns and attractions. Guests appreciate the property's rural charm, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen, despite noting some areas in need of maintenance and modernisation.
The property generally receives positive remarks for cleanliness, with beautifully clean towels and bed linen. However, a few guests noted dead flies and a mould issue in the shower, suggesting room for improvement.
The location is highly praised for its peaceful rural setting and proximity to lovely towns and interesting places to visit. The seclusion and quietness are consistently appreciated by guests.
Guests find the beds comfortable and the property cosy, contributing to a relaxing stay. However, some guests mention creaky floorboards and inadequate soundproofing between adjoining properties, slightly detracting from the comfort.
The cottage is well-appointed with a well-stocked kitchen and added amenities like tennis courts. Criticisms include outdated garden furniture, non-smart TVs, and weak WiFi, indicating a need for updates in facilities and maintenance.
There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the hosts in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category.

Teresa
It was as described. We loved the location it felt very private. It was warm and nicely decorated. The WIFI was nice and strong. We found the bathrooms, although clean and beautifully decorated, quite small and, the shower very small but, the shower was lovely and powerful. If we are ever planning to stay in the South East again we would stay at Jasmine again. Thank you.

Only slight comment would be that some coat hooks downstairs would be really helpful.

Easy parking for access. No welcome pack ie milk which would have been helpful after such a long journey.
