Ella's Loft in Canterbury, Kent, receives high praise for its welcoming hosts, Steve and Sheila, and the delightful hot tub. Guests appreciate the cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful touches like a welcome pack and homemade treats. The property is described as a peaceful retreat, ideal for relaxation and exploring the Kentish countryside. While mostly positive, a few guests noted minor maintenance issues and a desire for more privacy.
Reviews consistently mention the property being 'spotlessly clean' and 'incredibly clean', indicating high standards of cleanliness. One isolated comment about minor maintenance does not significantly impact the overall positive perception.
The property is praised for its peaceful setting and proximity to local attractions in Kent. Guests enjoyed the quiet lane and the ability to explore the area, although one review mentioned a lack of privacy due to the property's location in the owners' front garden.
The loft is frequently described as comfortable, cosy, and well-equipped, with special mentions of the comfortable bed and the relaxing hot tub. However, a few guests noted the property's size and eaves might not suit everyone, particularly taller individuals.
Facilities like the hot tub are a highlight, but there are comments about minor maintenance issues and a broken blind. The Wi-Fi was also reported not to work for one guest, suggesting some room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.
Many guests were touched by the thoughtful welcome pack and homemade muffins, indicating a high level of thoughtfulness from the hosts. It should be noted that such personal touches, while common, may not be guaranteed for every stay.

The setting was gorgeous and the loft was cosy and comfortable. We had all we needed and were treated to a delicious welcome pack. The hosts were welcoming and helpful with some great suggestions of places to visit. The hot tub was fabulous, it was so clean it looked brand new. We would very much recommend a stay and I'm sure we will be back again.
