Mr Snow
Spacious townhouse in wonderful location with floor to ceiling windows on all three floors giving fabulous views over the beach and sea. Decor is typical seaside type with comfortable sofas, chairs and beds. Good sized bathrooms. Parking is a bit problematic with very tight turn into the parking area, very narrow parking space and small turning area - good driving skills required! Pub only a moments walk away and a great selection of up market pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops only five minutes walk away.

Fabulous location with a great balcony . Plenty of utensils in the kitchen . A well kept and attractive property . I would recommend this and we really enjoyed our stay in the Blue Point .
Mr Andrews
My wife and I had trouble with the steep stairs, The stair hand rail was inadequate. It should have one that it is possible to grip all round and not a "pinch" type. This will inevitably lead to an accident. The parking for No. 4 The Vines was very confined. The car park bay was so tight that it stopped us from to go out in case we had trouble on our return with two other bays occupied. That would leave it nearly impossible to park. I don't have a large car. The single beds in the second bedroom were not good for sitting on the edge of the bed whilst dressing The wooden bed surround is the problem. We had to shop for a scouring spung as there were none available in the Vines.. Only a small matter but irritating. Washing up after a meal is important to us. We cannot fault the location of No.4 but left the property a day early owing to the poor weather.
