Small yet perfectly proportioned, the curved inside space boasts wooden wall panelling and stunning brickwork encasing an airy open plan layout and there’s underfloor heating throughout, as well as ceiling Bluetooth speakers and LED colour changing lights.

You’ll be able to rustle up and share delicious meals in the fully equipped modern kitchen with its cleverly designed dining space or unwind on the large sofa in the lounge that has doors opening out to the private patio. The sumptuous king size bed beckons afternoon naps and long, decadently comfy nights while outside there’s a private wood-fired hot tub for soaking in as well as a furnished paved patio for alfresco dining garden in the sunshine.

Pack a picnic and venture into the sprawling Somerset countryside. The onsite Reckless Desserts bursts with delicious goodies for you to stock up your hamper along the way, or you can enjoy breakfast (or lunch or both) at Hartleys Kitchen which also does takeaways.

Set within easy reach of a host of trails and countryside walks, this home is also within easy reach of the architecturally beautiful city of Wells meaning plenty to see and do whilst visiting, and for those who fancy something a little closer to home there are fantastic amenities on site that include treatment rooms, a gym and a café bistro.

A huge circular doorway with lantern lighting and a wooden front door invites guests into the open plan living/ dining area which has a large, comfy sofa that converts to a sofa bed for extra sleeping, as well as a flat screen Smart TV. There are also ceiling Bluetooth speakers and colour changing LED lights

The contemporary kitchenette features a range of appliances including a small hob and oven, under-counter fridge, built-in wine cooler, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, microwave and a range of cookware and utensils

Dining Area

Incorporated within the lounge, the area features a built-in breakfast bar with four leather barstools

This room features a king size bed and partition storage unit with hanging and folding space for clothes and belongings, as well as a full length mirror and reading light

This beautiful bathroom features a walk-in shower cubicle, large, heated towel rail, mirror, hand basin, cabinet and WC

Outside

The private garden features a paved patio with an outdoor dining suite of a round table and three chairs. At the far side of the garden there is a private wood-fired hot tub*. On site is a communal play area that includes a mini hideaway house with underground burrow, as well as a variety of businesses that include a cafe / bistro, a brewery, podiatrist, fitness studio, dessert shop and antiques room

*There is a £30 wood package available for the hot tub. This includes the hot tub being lit prior to arrival and a supply of wood provided for your stay. This needs to be requested with the site owner prior to arrival. Guests are welcome to bring their own wood if they prefer though.
