Beach Side has been is an adored family home, owned by the same family for over 70 years. It has become a home away from home for not only them but guests that have been fortunate enough to stay. A perfect beachside residence, with a real mix of traditional and modern interior touches - this property is everything you could wish for from a holiday home, with direct beach access, jaw-dropping sea views and social open-plan living spaces.

Upon entering the property, the large open-plan kitchen is to your left. With integrated appliances and a breakfast bar with stools, guests can enjoy creating culinary delights during their stay or alternatively, take a seat at the formal dining table and take in the incredible sea views whilst a personal chef creates a mouth-watering three-course meal. 

The lounge area has been decorated with a neutral colour palette and ocean hues, creating an extremely relaxing area to unwind in. Feel the warm sea breeze sway through the patio doors as you sink into one of the comfortable armchairs with a good book or a freshly brewed coffee. Bask in the sun on the terraced area at the rear of the property, which can be accessed from the lounge patio doors. The terraced area boasts a large outdoor sofa as well as luxurious sunloungers - the beach is just seconds away if you follow the grassy steps down; ideal for those families who are looking for a stress-free holiday and are happy for the kids to take themselves away and explore independently. 

Located on the ground floor are two bedrooms, one harbour side and one sea facing. There is also a shower room on this level, making it very comfortable & convenient for guests that experience mobility issues. Continue upstairs to find the remaining two bedrooms which are both sea facing, with incredible views. Bedroom one benefits from an en-suite shower room whereas Bedroom two has access to the family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The owners of the property have kept the guests in mind, with all upstairs bedrooms having the flexibility to configure into King beds or Twin beds. 

Nearby, guests can benefit from watersports, beautiful scenery, fabulous restaurants and all that Sandbanks has to offer. The harbour is a hive of activity all year round, with people flocking to the area for sailing, kite surfing and paddle boarding. The award-winning, blue-flag Sandbanks Beach is within a few steps, here guests can enjoy the golden sands and relax in the summer sun.
