To the south, the Mendip Hills is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and boasts a wide array of flora and fauna to be discovered. A short drive will bring you to the historic spa city of Bath, which is famous for its beautiful Georgian architecture, Roman Baths, boutique shops, restaurants and cafes. Closer to home, the local villages boast several pubs, shops, a Post Office, tennis club and lake with tea shop and fish and chip restaurant and Indian restaurant and takeaway.

This delightful detached barn conversion is arranged on one level offering spacious and comfortable accommodation within a rural setting. The entrance takes you into a bright and airy conservatory where you can relax on the comfy furniture with a good book and enjoy the warmth of the sun. This leads you to the contemporary, well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. There are two good sized bedrooms both with a TV, the first is a king-size and the second is a twin zip-and-link (which can be made as a super-king-size on request). There is also a contemporary shower room with shower and WC.

Venturing outside is an enclosed lawned garden with a patio and a charcoal BBQ making it a perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dining, or a place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. Conveniently to the side of the property is allocated parking for two cars.
