Enjoy the three golden sandy beaches, a fabulous choice of eateries for all tastes and an array of local shops from which to pick out those unique seaside souvenirs. With the town also being conveniently located beside the A39, this is a great location for touring both Devon and Cornwall, and days out could include visits to the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Port Isaac and Tintagel, all within 26 miles. Take the few steps along the calm riverside to the front entrance of the apartment, upon entering you will soon notice the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. There is a comfortable sofa and two armchairs plus a Smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a breakfast bar with two seats, the perfect spot to plan the day s adventures ahead over a morning brew. Making your way onwards from here will take you through to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom contains a king size bed, whilst the second bedroom offers an additional bunk bed with double base. Both bedrooms provide ample storage space and Smart TV s. Completing the interior is the family shower room. Accessible from the master bedroom, guests have access to their own private enclosed courtyard space complete with comfortable outdoor seating, BBQ. There is also a handy outdoor tap perfect for washing off your muddy four legged friends! Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 triple bunk. 1 shower room shower and WC.
