Guests consistently praise the Lundy View Chalet for its stunning sea views, peaceful environment, and cleanliness. The hot tub is a highlight, offering relaxation with a view. The property is well-maintained, comfortable, and ideal for both families and dog owners. The owner, Steve, receives commendation for his helpfulness and attentiveness.
Reviewers frequently mention the chalet's cleanliness, describing it as 'very clean and well kept'. This indicates a high level of satisfaction with the property's cleanliness.
The location is highly praised for its outstanding sea views, proximity to beaches, and peacefulness. It serves as a great base for exploring Cornwall, with guests appreciating the nearby coastal walks and villages.
The chalet is described as comfortable and suitable for couples and families, with enough space for children and dogs to play. The presence of a hot tub adds to the comfort level.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, with the hot tub being a standout feature. However, a mention of the need for a light by the hot tub and a hose suggests some room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.
While the reviews reflect a positive experience, there is no specific mention of gifts or extra thoughtful touches provided by the host. Therefore, it is not possible to assess the thoughtfulness category based on the available information.

One of which meant we had to cut our holiday short and that is there are sheep in the paddock. Luckily we don't have dogs that bark but it did mean they had to stay in as they were getting stressed and trying to jump the fence. The second thing missing is there are 2 steps to the bathroom luckily the disabled member of our party managed to get up and down with some help but it could have been a lot worst for somebody. These things may be down to Sykes and the way they lay things out but they should be mentioned.

Lovely for local coastal walks on your doorstep. The paddock was an added bonus for our furry friend who loves to run. Short drive to numerous locations. Owners were very helpful and easy to contact if needed. Wood fired hot tub with a view was a hit for the hubby. Would definitely stay again

Great views and wonderful sunsets. Well equipped and comfortable property, with all we needed. On site parking and secure garden, a big plus for our dog. Hot tub and garden furniture a bonus. Great field next door for walks and viewing the coast line, enhanced by the viewing platform (built by the owner). We had a fabulous week, even the weather was good. A great base to explore Cornwall. Thank you to Steve and family for sharing their property. We hope to be back very soon. Be sure to use the owners instructions for finding the property. Very helpful.
