Guests have found the property to be a peaceful, safe, and clean environment, with a welcoming atmosphere and some new appliances. The location is ideal for exploring, and the property offers a good level of tranquillity and tidiness. However, there are mentions of dampness and a need for maintenance in some areas.
The property is generally described as clean and tidy, with an immaculate appearance upon arrival. However, there are isolated comments about mould and mustiness, particularly in the bedrooms, which suggests room for improvement.
The location is praised for being perfect for exploring the surrounding area and is appreciated for its quiet and peaceful setting. No negative comments about the location were noted.
While the property is found to be spacious and generally comfortable, there are several mentions of dampness affecting the comfort level, particularly in the bedrooms. Firm pillows and a non-powerful shower were also noted.
Facilities are a mixed bag, with some appliances seeming new and a vast DVD collection available. However, guests reported issues with the microwave, TV, and a lack of cleaning equipment. Confusion regarding access to the swimming pool and gym also detracted from the experience.
Guests appreciated the inclusion of towels, cleaning products, and a selection of DVDs. Gifts such as fudge, shortbread, and sweets for children were mentioned, adding a thoughtful touch, though it should be noted that such gifts may not always be provided.

The website says to take tea towels etc but it actually had it all there. Was very clean and surprisingly spacious. We only stayed for 2 days as we were more in the area to see family than have a holiday. Would have been nice to use the pools, but it says only available if the chalet owner has a swim membership. We couldn't find that information anywhere so assumed we couldn't use it. Also the TV has sky but it was not working, it didn't think it was connected to the Internet. The Internet was working fine as we all connected to the wifi. Anyway the vast dvd collection saved the day. Improvements, add a park map to show where it is and where to park and maybe a welcome pack. We would definitely stay here again.

It should be made clear that there is no access to the swimming pool or gym as this left us disappointed, the description says "enjoys access to a range of on-site facilities". The kitchen could do with a better frying pan and a few microwave proof bowls.
